Surrey County FA and Kick It Out host disability football awareness day
Surrey FA and Kick It Out are hosting a special disability football awareness day on Friday 22nd October 2010 at Goals Soccer Centre in Tolworth near Kingston.
The Kick It Out Disability Football Awareness Day has been created to promote and celebrate disability sport within Surrey and South London.
The event will also provide children aged 8-16 with the opportunity to experience football with coaching and small sided games being organised by FA specialised disability coaches and FA qualified police officers from Kingston Safer Neighbourhood Team.
The event is open to boys and girls. Players can attend in a group, as an individual or with a school however players must be aged between 8-16 and registered with an SEN or Disability.
Please note: Schools are limited initially to a maximum of 20 places, 10 for ages 8-11 and 10 for ages 12-16. The event is aimed at non/semi-sporty players.
