Prizes added for Wear Your Support pledgers
There are five days left as Kick It Out seeks pledges from people keen to support the work of football’s equality and inclusion organisation.
In collaboration with crowdfunding organisation Wear Your Support, Kick It Out is pleased to offer a range of money can’t buy prizes that will be randomly drawn if the crowdfunding campaign is a success.
The England Footballers Foundation have donated a shirt signed by Wayne Rooney and the rest of the England squad, while another prize available is a signed pair of game-worn Adidas boots from Tottenham Hotspur and England winger Andros Townsend.
Goodman Restaurant in the City of London have offered a dinner with Kick It Out Director Roisin Wood and its Education and Development Manager Troy Townsend, as well as a special guest to be announced.
Kieran Loftus, co-founder of Wear Your Support said: “We’re really grateful for every pledge we’ve received so far and with not much time to go, we realise that we want to give a nudge to those who are thinking of pledging but haven’t had the time yet, while not neglecting those who have already shown their support.
“To have the support of the England Footballers Foundation, Andros Townsend, and Goodman Restaurant is brilliant and we hope that this reminder will push people towards the pledge button.”
The money raised from this campaign will go towards the work of Kick It Out as they tackle all forms of discrimination at all levels of the game. Everyone who pledged receives their limited edition Kick It Out earphones if the target is reached, as well as being entered into the draw to win one of the prizes listed.
Earphones are priced at £20 per pair and no-one is charged unless the funding target is reached. To pledge, please click here.
