PFA members help support Kick It Out during 2015/16 season
The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) has released its Community Evaluation for the 2015/16 season with Kick It Out being widely supported by its members from across the game.
In 2016, the PFA celebrated 30 years of its community programme which bring communities and football clubs together.
The union for professional players has been a long-standing supporter of Kick It Out since its inception in 1993, with a number of its members engaging with the organisation through educational activities, either via the ‘Next 20’ initiative or events prior to dedicated fixtures.
Throughout the 2015/16 season, PFA members amassed 38,957 community visits supporting a wide variety of projects around the country.
The PFA also provides support for charities alongside Kick It Out including the Football League Trust, Football Foundation, The Prince’s Trust, The National Literacy Trust and Show Racism the Red Card.
