Lord Ouseley statement on the release of The FA's gender pay gap data
Following the publication by The Football Association (FA) of data on their gender pay gap today (2 March), Lord Ouseley, Chair of Kick It Out, has issued a statement.
Lord Ouseley said: “We’re pleased to see The FA today fulfil their statutory requirement to publish data on their gender pay gap. However, we also hope The FA will follow in the footsteps of the Mayor of London and make public their ethnicity pay gap data, as well as their disability pay gap.
“Once published, we look forward to seeing the steps the governing body will take to close all three pay gaps.”
