Kick It Out to hold surgery in Holford Drive Sports Hub
Kick It Out will host a unique surgery in Holford Drive Community Sports Hub in Perry Barr, Birmingham, to help people challenge discrimination across all levels of the game.
Taking place on Wednesday 17 June, the surgery will be available to all to discuss their thoughts and issues around participating in football, whether it be as a player, coach, manager, supporter or a part of the football workforce.
Anna Jӧnsson, Kick It Out’s Reporting Officer, will be in attendance at the sports hub to offer guidance from the organisation.
Kick It Out recently linked up with the Holford Drive Sports Hub in a partnership that aims to reach out to grassroots and community football sectors across England.
The chair of the hub, Lincoln Moses MBE, recently received the Trevor Hutton Award at Kick It Out’s community awards evening. The award recognised Lincoln’s contribution to his work at the grassroots level within the Birmingham area. Read more about the awards evening here.
