Kick It Out fundraising dinner - Thursday 18 February 2016
Kick It Out will be hosting a fundraising dinner and entertainment evening at the Great Hall, Stamford Bridge on Thursday 18 February 2016.
The dinner, to be held between 7pm and 10.30pm, will raise funds to support Kick It Out’s education programme.
The evening begins with a champagne reception before guests are seated for the dinner and formal part of the event. An after show party with special guests will then round-off the night in style.
Entertainment on the night will come from the David Idowu choir. They were set up in memory of David Idowu a young schoolboy who was murdered for attending a different school to his attacker.
Ballet Black, a professional ballet company for international dancers of black and Asian descent, will also be performing.
By attending this special evening you’ll not only be backing Kick It Out’s work up and down the country but you’ll also be assisting in providing financial backing for the organisation’s education work, both on and off the field.
This will help in develop programmes and activities to guide and support all involved in football, from a grassroots level to the professional game.
Kick It Out’s education work has helped to bring about changes in behaviour and attitudes among all those involved in football. It has now become evident that a greater intensity is required in order to help the game tackle prejudice and hatred
If you’re interested in attending and would like to book a place (£150 each) or table of 10 (£1,500) please contact Amanda Craig, Professional Game Administrator, on 020 7253 0162, or at events@kickitout.org
