As Kick It Out’s recognises its 25th Anniversary in the summer of 2018, the organisation is looking to add an additional four new members of staff to its team who work throughout the football, education and community sectors to challenge discrimination, encourage inclusive practices and campaign for positive change.

Kick It Out is funded by the Premier League, the English Football League, The Football Association and the Professional Footballers Association.

In order to effectively enhance its proactive relationships, Kick It Out invites applications from candidates of all backgrounds to fill the vacant post.

Applications for the vacant roles, outlined below, close at 5pm on Friday 4 May 2018. Application forms must be completed and sent to maamun@kickitout.org – CVs will not be accepted as an application.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Salary: £38,000- £40,000

Office: Based at Kick It Out, First Floor, Whittington House, 19-30 Alfred Place, London, WC1E 7EA

Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer

The chosen candidate will support the delivery of the work programmes for all areas of the organisation taken from the Operational Plan agreed by the Trustees.

GRASSROOTS MANAGER

Salary: £32,000

Office: Based at Kick It Out, First Floor, Whittington House, 19-30 Alfred Place, London, WC1E 7EA

Responsible to: Operations Manager

The chosen candidate will manage Kick It Out’s Grassroots team responsible for the implementation and delivery of Kick It Out’s work in grassroots football.

PROFESSIONAL CLUBS EQUALITY OFFICER – SOUTHERN REGION

Salary: £30,000

Office: Option to work at home or be based at Kick It Out office in central London

Responsible to: Programmes Manager

The Professional Clubs Equality Officer is part of a team responsible for the implementation and delivery of Kick It Out’s work in all areas of football, with specific responsibility for engagement with Premier League, English Football League and Women’s Super League clubs across the Southern region.

NORTHERN GRASSROOTS OFFICER

Salary: £28,000

Location: Home based

Responsible to: Grassroots Manager

The chosen candidate will work closely within the Kick It Out’s Grassroots team and will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of Kick It Out’s work in North.
