Former far-right activist to recount past experiences
Former far-right activist, Matthew Collins, will host an evening recounting his time at the heart of London’s National Front at the London Jewish Cultural Centre on Thursday 7 July.
Running in partnership with anti-fascist group, Searchlight, the event, entitled ‘One Man’s Fight with Hate’, will see Matthew discuss his time as the full-time chair of South London National Front, and as a volunteer at the British National Party’s bookshop. In 1990, Matthew became an undercover informant for Searchlight, and in 1993, was behind the exposure of the fledgling terror group Combat 18.
