Kick It Out seeks new Professional Game Guidance Group member
Kick It Out is seeking to recruit an individual member to join its Professional Game Guidance Group, to advise and support the organisation’s strategies, objectives and actions.
The group member will be influential in assisting to embed equality practices and processes across all areas of professional football. They will also have an excellent understanding of the game and will form part of a consultative group for the campaign.
The Professional Game Guidance Group:
- Advises Kick It Out on engaging with professional football clubs and fans more effectively.
- Shares best practice examples and case studies of equality events and initiatives at professional clubs.
- Encourages participation amongst individual supporters and fan’s groups.
- Provides guidance and updates to changes in equality legislation that may affect the running of a professional club.
The group meets when appropriate to oversee specific projects and matters that arise within the game, but no more frequently than quarterly.
